12sqm located in the terrace. It has parquet flooring and foam walls to absorb sound. It has a window and an insolated room.
Suitable for musicians, sound producers, video artists and media artists... any art work related to computers, sound and video.
The price for renting is 150€ per month includding internet, electricity and water. A deposit of 150€ will be demanded at the arrival.
